Apart from that you can also create tabs from List Views that will be accessible from the Navigation Bar. If you work a lot with List Views on any Salesforce object, you may want to consider adding them as Tabs. How to add List View as a Tab in Salesforce CRM?
First, go to the List View you want to pin to the Navigation Tab. In the Navigation Tab click on the arrow next to the name of the Object from which your List View comes from. Click ‘Open ‘’Name of your List View” in New Tab’.
List View will show up at the end of Navigation Tab as shown below.
Now click the arrow next to its name again and click ‘Add ‘Name of your List View’ to Nav Tab’.
After that, List View will be pinned to the Navigation Bar like other tabs. You can change its position by clicking and dragging.
From now on you can have even faster access to the data you need the most!
