Prepare your data for migration Salesforce

In this short tutorial, we will use a spreadsheet offered by Google to prepare the data. The data should be arranged in columns, and each of the columns should be named as the field in which we want to throw our records, as shown in the example below.

Then it saves the file in CSV format in our chosen folder. CSV  (comma-separated values)  It is a format for storing data in text files. Each line of such file has a set of data (values), which are separated by a separator, for example a comma.

The file saved by us can be opened using a notebook. After opening we will see the data separated by commas.
